My Background
Walter Groth has a proven experience in industries such as Banking, Thermo Technology, and Automotive where he held a number of leadership positions during his 26-year career in large worldwide corporations.
He has worked for “Ulmer Volksbank (a major bank in Germany), Robert Bosch Corporation (one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of automotive components), and Volkswagen (Europe’s largest automobile manufacturer and one of the “Big 5” of the world). In the Eighties he was part of the team that turned around Volkswagen of Mexico during an incredible political and economic crisis. During the Nineties he led the team that turned around Volkswagen of America with a tenfold increase in sales in less than six years, from 40,000 to 400,000 cars annually.
He specializes in Teaching and Coaching Business Owners, Executives, and their Leadership Teams in the Power of True Leadership and Personal Development. Walter provides down-to-earth steps and actions you can take to become an expert in business and leadership situations. He believes in getting the individuals of your team aligned and acting like “one” towards a common vision.
