Breath is needed to fuel oxygen to our brains. Deep breathing helps to alleviate huge amounts of tension and stress. Meditation has a main focus and that it allows yourself to access your center of well -being, maintain high degrees of sensitivity, awareness and infinite connections to The Source which is SPIRIT.

Remembrance is more than just the recognition of like minds such as ours to think and express freely. Everyone is a part of the birth / renewal of this remembrance, and as we all begin to resonate we can become even greater expressions of divinity - the Spirit of All Life. It's great to have scientific proof for those who need to have it.

This segement of Dr. Beckwith's topic reminds me of a time in my life when I needed to seek the help of one of my spiritual sisters who was a polarity practitioner. I sought for her assistance as I needed to "place myself" upon her polarity table for treatment.

Compassion can be defined as having sympathetic feelings for another person which are designed to alleviate long term suffering through mercy, leniency and softness so that one can be restored through Grace.

Right now...
This very moment...
Everyone is arising from a new thought and a desire to change, to draw near, to receive and live in the goodness of a better life. We are nolonger "bouncing" about like a pinball from bumper to bumper. As we gain momentumous courage to look within to discover or to cleanse the inner feelings and thoughts, we begin to make a remarkable change where we begin to remember that divine part of ourselves so that we nolonger feel disconnected from another living being.
