What are we referring to when we use such phrases as: "Follow your Heart." "Your Heart will tell you." "I know in my Heart." ?

Are you talking about the mind, the Spirit, a place within, an exact spot, an over all energy, or something entirely different?

The Spirit of the Season

As the season of searching deepens, the Spirit of Love takes on a Universal meaning. The contemplation of peace on earth and good will toward men is found in the language of many and it places hope in the hearts that are opened to the magnitude and the wonder of such beautiful possibilities. I would like to give the following story as an offering of the "Spirit of the Season". May it be a gift that you remember for all of your days. May it encourage you and comfort you. Everlasting Friendship

I think the video entitled "Everlasting Friendship" is the most beautiful expression of enduring love between friendships that transcend time and even species. I cry with tender tears every time I view it. The tears are different. They aren't sadness and they are not joy. Tears are sometimes shed when the soul is so full that words aren't enough. The soul just brims over and bathes the spirit. I hope you will feel a depth of "Beingness" (new word) as you watch the short video. Enjoy!

The Universe Within

Light, heat, color, and sound, all have something very much in common. That defined “something” is measurable vibrational essence. Could this marvelous reality also include the vibrations that exist beyond what we have previously been able to comprehend? Could the vibrations that will prove to be the coexistent reality of both infinite spirit and dense spirit (matter), now become within reach of being explained or defined? Do at least some of the answers exist in the new Theory of Strings which includes exploring new dimensions? Although science is still working on the theory, hoping it will explain “All that exists,” who will seek to prove the existence of spirit?

It takes the completion of each thought to develop and perfectly intertwine "Knowledge" with "Understanding". When they are intertwined to perfection they are inseparable. This divine bond is, in its totality, the essence of "WISDOM". What makes us think a person is wise? If IONS contacted you to give a seminar, what subject would be your choice of topic. It doesn't matter whether it is a subject we have covered or something totally unrelated. What subject would you really love to talk about? For those who are really ambitious, what would be the one subject you would like to write a book about? I was surprised at my answer. How, when, and why do you give or withhold the gold stars in this blog site's rating system? I have a multitude of reactions to blogs that give me the courage to give such critiques. I do it almost spontaneously and yet it is only happening when a blog touches me on a very deep level. Let's look at what makes us see stars.

Maya Angelou gives us the perfect quote:

"I WILL WRITE upon the pages of history what I want them to say.

I WILL BE myself.

I WILL SPEAK my own name."

Could any one have given greater honor to the passion of the soul as it struggles to claim its identity? I am in the process of becoming a totally new person. I live in a city that is new to me. I have a new husband and I have joyfully added his family to my Life. Suddenly I am defined by all of my surroundings. All of my furniture is in storage because I love Antiques or Baroque and my husband loves Modern. My home was always an extension of myself. In all of this fast moving transition it is hard to keep a clear "vision of self". All of my former realities and allies are changing. This sounds like what is happening to America.

This meager contribution met the criterion for original work without incorporating the four "magic words". It proves that it can be done. Barbara's poem sounded like Maya Angelou but this sounds like Edgar Allan Poe. Oh well, "nevermore".

Write a Blog Without Using "I" , "My", "Me", or "We"

Have you ever noticed how many times the above words are used in the composition of Blogs? Perhaps taking note of this curiosity will give some food for thought. Does any one have any comments?

This will only be an experiment that lasts for one blog. It really isn't as easy as it would seem. Writing an original work without putting it in the first party or using a personal reference is very introspective and thought provoking. It will only make you realize how unique blogging has become in the world of communicating.

In the Beginning

I thought I would just go ahead and give all of you a real thought twister. Assuming that there is an omniscient, omnificent, omnipotent, omnipresent source and power that people of the world refer to by many names, one of them being God, could this Universe have been created in the following manner? Could such things as Black Holes and force fields and energy fields, and innate creative motion, be explained by studying the "Big Bang" as I have outlined a possible reality in the following postulation? I would like the science buffs to consider the possibilities and have some fun with the concept. No fair stopping when I refer to the Energy as God. For me it makes things easier.

Global Consciousness

Not all aspects of Global Consciousness are appealing to me at this particular juncture in time. I would not trust the blend or bent of the total amalgamated consciousness of the world as a whole. I think that is why this blog is so appealing. We are able to express not only new concepts but we are building the best of all within the core structure of our group consciousness. We learn, we expand, we modify our actions and reactions.
