About My Offerings
I offer an integral approach to psychotherapy and group work using a multi-modal approach at the intersections of mind and body. Offerings include: counseling, hypnotherapy, group work, somatic psychology, energetics, breathwork, life transiitions, trauma work, family systems, facilitation and consulting. My practice extends to individual, couples, families, groups, learning communities, including workshops and seminars.
My Background
I am a licensed mental health counselor and clinical hypnotherapist in private practice in Bellevue, WA since 1989. I integrate a holistic psychospiritual approach, selectively implementing a rich tool kit of modalities at the intersections of mind and body. I have also had professional careers as a teacher, learning specialist and wellness consultant. I have coordinated the Seattle IONS community (IONS NW) for 10 + years, offering transformative gatherings and workshops to IONS members and the general public. Many years of experience working with psycho-spirituality, learning from the inside out as well as facilitating it in others has brought me to feel very blessed to help people of all ages transform in small and big ways, and to help them identify their goals accordingly. My approach to individual work is very client centered. We can safely explore the depths of being or heal specific issues. Any group work with me is transpersonal and deeply transformative. I have many stories of transformation gathered along the way from those I have helped along the ever expanding journey of life.
