There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe. A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought. Man can form things in his thought, and, by impressing his thought upon formless substance, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.

Nordic SAUNA Vs. Physical & Psychological Well Being

The most important aspect of SAUNA is Endorphines (right word...?),, a morphine-like chemicals. When a body is exposed to a extreme heat or cold, these substances are created in the human body. There are 2 ways to enjoy the "after-feeling" both soul & body: To have a good real Nordic SAUNA, or goto icy lake for swimming. The normal temperature of a SAUNA in Finland is around 80 deg. Celsius, allthough I've been about 120 Celsius in "Smoke-Sauna". (Don't worry, allthough water boils at 100 deg. C :: The air acts as very strong isolator, really. Naturally you can't touch boiling water, in Sauna there is moist air, called "Loely"). One can throw water on the stones of "Kiuas" as much as wants: Normal people cannot get burn wounds, becouse well earlier one can't simply have Sauna anymore. Important thing is, that one get's used to Sauna and hot, moist air (Loely...!) and trains itself for good condition for a good enough "Loely". Simply, what harder "Loely", The stronger and long-lasting is the extremely fine "after-feeling". A very old finnish saying is "Saunoessa sappi sammuu, vihtoessa viha viilenee" that is about as: "Having Sauna Exitement Extinguishes, With "Vasta" (bunch of leafy tree "sticks???" anger cools down". If you don't have a real good Sauna, try take a 10 minutes icy cold shower. In many places I think there's no cold enough tap water, as it' only good around the temp 10 deg. C or below. Hey...
