Brian Robertson is the founder and CEO of Ternary Software, an award-winning provider of outsourced software development and agile process consulting.  Ternary has earned international recognition as one of the world’s most democratic workplaces and for helping to nurture the human spirit in the workplace, as well as local recognition as one of the region’s best places to work and fastest-growing private companies.  In addition to leading Ternary, Mr. Robertson is known internationally for his work with Holacracy, a complete system for conscious organization.  He serves as Chairman of the Board for Holacracy training and licensing firm HolacracyOne, an organization he founded after pioneering Holacracy at Ternary Software.  Mr. Robertson frequently teaches and speaks at conferences, occasionally as a keynote, and his published writings have been translated into several languages.  He can be reached via e-mail at brian@ternarysoftware.com, and more information about Ternary can be found at www.ternarysoftware.com.
