Luminary: Duane Elgin

Duane Elgin is a visionary author, speaker, and educator. His books include: The Living Universe, Voluntary Simplicity, Promise Ahead, and Awakening Earth. In 2006, Duane received the international "Goi Peace Award" in recognition of his contribution to a global "vision, consciousness, and lifestyle" that fosters a "more sustainable and spiritual culture." He has worked as a senior staff member with a Presidential Commission and at the think-tank SRI International where he co-authored numerous studies on the long-range future. Duane has an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA from the University of Pennsylvania.
