Judi Neal
Judi Neal first began exploring the integration of spirituality in the workplace after she blew the whistle on the defense contractor that she worked for and was ostracized and harassed for being a whistle blower. After a year of unemployment she found work teaching management at the University of New Haven. In this job she began practicing spiritual principles in her work and found it very rewarding.

In 1993 she decided to make spirituality in the workplace a central focus of her research and presentations, and has gained a reputation in the national media for stressing the importance and value of spirituality into the workplace. For seven years she has edited a newsletter called "Spirit at Work.‿ Her website at www.SpiritAtWork.com is known as the “Information Central‿ of the spirituality in the workplace movement.

As founder and Executive Director of the Association for Spirit, Judi helps to provide resources, information and community to those who are seeking greater integration of spirituality and work. The Association offers networking, publications, research, courses, and consulting to individuals and organizations.

She has spoken at Rutgers University, The California School of Professional Psychology, Southern Connecticut State College, The Eastern Academy of Management, the National Academy of Management, and the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society as well as numerous conferences on spirituality in the workplace.

After receiving her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Yale University, Judi worked 8 years in industry, including 5 years as a manager for Honeywell, has consulted to organizations for 15 years, and taught management at the University of New Haven for 11 years. She is on the Boards of Directors of several professional, community, and academic organizations.

She has recorded a guided meditation tape on spirituality in the workplace and a CD of original music that is used in her workshops and training. She is currently working on a book titled The Four Gateways to Spirit at Work.
