Devaa Haley Mitchell’s work has spanned the spectrum from non-profit leadership to micro-enterprise in the Amazon to peacebuilding in Africa. In this radio show with Stephen Dinan, she shares the insights of her journey to work with a conflict resolution group in the Congo working with performing arts and her work creating cross-sector collaborations in the San Francisco Bay Area through the Summer of Peace. You’ll hear about the power of theater, music, and the arts to effect healing. and how cross-sector collaborations are part of the answer to create change. Now, she and host Stephen Dinan are working on an integral approach to building a movement for peace locally that can be templated globally.
