Donna, a former elected official, political leadership coach, and author of The Politics of Hope, takes a decidedly trans-partisan perspective, drawing upon developmental theorists from Elizabeth Kubler-Ross to Don Beck to explore how our political processes evolve as we evolve. As we understand the co-creative nature of politics, we begin to move towards the dream of democracy, which manifests in leaders who truly serve the public good and build alliances to create win-win policies.
