Jim Walsh is the founder and Chairman of the Board of the HESA Institute. He has been CEO and Chairman of the Board of Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate since 1992, the first company to successfully grow and produce chocolate in the United States. He brings his extensive knowledge of nutrition and science and his entrepreneurial success to the unique challenge of unlocking the mysteries of the Human Energy System. Considered one of the world’s leading experts on food with a special focus on chocolate, he is widely published and quoted in newspapers and journals. Walsh also serves as Chairman of the Board of Intentional Chocolate as well as serves as an advisor to the board of the spirituality and wellness institute at the Chicago Theological Seminary (formerly Boisen Institute).
