Reverend Lauren Artress, President and founder of Veriditas – The Voice of the Labyrinth Movement talks with host, Angela Murphy about the transformative power of labyrinths. Lauren tells us there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to walk a labyrinth although the four “Rs” are suggested: release; reflect; receive; return.  From her basic description of the labyrinth, she delves into the depths of transformative opportunities including, compassion, forgiveness, judgment, patience, shadow work and grieving our own death.

Rev. Artress tells us how we can reconnect with our physical bodies and she shares a story of her own physical experience and memory release while walking the labyrinth.
