The first American monk of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, Robert Thurman, describes what he teaches, in his humorous style. He briefly comments on the 4 noble truths and identifies the third truth as Nirvana, which means the extinction of suffering. And he states that the nature of reality is bliss.
