In this segment Marilyn and Cassie discuss the idea of world views emerging as fundamental to the inception of IONS. Edgar Mitchell’s world view shifted from strictly a Newtonian physics perspective to include a sense of deep spirituality, a Samadhi experience, as he traveled back from the moon. We don’t want to replace one world view with another, but expand the one we have, which at this time in history can be both liberating and frightening.
