Retired Sociology professor Joanne Lind will lead us in a discussion focusing on stereotypes about animals in Western culture and in science. She will review theories of animal telepathy, empathy, clairvoyance, clairsentience and precognition, together with anecdotal evidence which conflicts with all the theories.

Our IONS New Options Community Group meets weekly to explore the pros and cons of a wide variety of research findings, concepts, practices, and ideas for more integrally conscious, healthful, wise. mutually empathetic living, aging, dying and thereafter as they newly emerge from scientific, humanistic, and spiritual communities worldwide.

All our New Options events are free, as is membership in our group. Welcome are small donations to help defray expenses incurred for copying, videos and DVDs, mailings, et cetera.
