“Letting go” is inviting and allowing a kind of dying and, therefore, can evoke some grief and resistance. “Letting go” is stepping through a portal into the unknown - what will it be like if I let go of what I have and what I know, as well as my illusion of control? Who will I be if I truly let go? What resources will I have? Using the support of nature, data from our bodies, as well as tapping creatively into the unconscious, this experiential presentation will help illuminate why we often stay frozen at the threshold in the place of “not letting go”.
Using our new awareness, we will then consider how to create an unencumbered and life-supporting personal environment with ease, by “letting go”.
