Exploring our night-time dreams makes it possible to understand the influence of this unconscious material and see how it works as we try to live a life of meaning, with awareness of what "drives" us to love, create and to destroy.

The new Living Deeply series is presented by the authors of the "Living Deeply" book, Marilyn Schlitz PhD, Cassandra Vieten, PhD and Tina Amorok, PsyD, and IONS staff. The discussions with the guests will focus on their process and experience of living a purposeful, directed and transformative life.
