This 2 day Integral Transformative Practice experiential workshop with senior ITP International teachers, Barry Robbins and Pam Kramer, follows an introductory Friday evening program. ITP is a well researched program of practice developed by Michael Murphy and George Leonard, which integrates movement, meditation, and mind-body techniques for enhanced wellness. It offers an opportunity to create a long-term, daily practice for increased vitality, fulfillment, and joy.
In this workshop, you will learn about:
• Listening to the body as a wise teacher
• The Primary Nature of Consciousness- effective affirmations to manifest healthy changes in your life
• The ITP Kata, a 40-minute integration of physical, mental, and spiritual exercises
• Powerful techniques for living a balanced and centered life.
• Methods for effective communication and emotional work with yourself and others
This experiential workshop involves physical movement but is not strenuous. All that's needed is a generous heart and a willingness to participate.
