An important experiment to do

I have just read Dean Radins Entangled Minds book. On pages 236,237 he describes an imaginary pseudo-telepathy experiment. As far as I can tell, the experiment has not been done. However, it seems to be one of the most interesting experiments that could be done now:

Two people (isolated from each other) are looking at computers which randomly (and independently) show one of three pictures. The two people then record whether they think the pictures were the same.

Skeptics would say that they agree 50% of the time, whether the pictures are the same or not.

Entangled mind theorists would say that they agree more than 50% (up to 100%) of the time if the pictures are the same. But they would also say that they only agree 50% of the time if the pictures are different.

Thus the experiment tests not only whether psi exists, but also whether the entangled mind theory is a possible explanation.

Suppose they agree more than 50% of the time when the pictures are different. What would that mean about the nature of reality?
