The spiral staircase
Your feelings are telling you something.
It is feedback telling you whether or not you are allowing yourself to feel good.
If you not feeling good you are resisting the feeling of well being.
Well being is our natural state. When we don't feel good it is because we are not allowing ourselves to.
Think about this.. when you feel a certain way, that feeling came from inside of you. Not from the outside.
That meens that no matter what happens on the outside you have the ability to create a good feeling for yourself on the inside.
This is essential because emotions expand like a spiral staircase going up or down.
Getting wider and wider as you walk the steps of your feelings.
So then, it is very important to choose your thoughts carefully and intentionally.
Release the negative thinking so you do not continue climbing down the stairs.
This stuff is known by many and told in many different ways.
