The Thich Nhat Hahn Room advertises a regular weekly gathering time on Saturday at noon Pacific Time. Once again, I decided to attend, and once again, I was both presiding member and the only attendee.

If anyone else decides to attend this meeting with me, the rules I’m following are as follows: First, after every time I--or someone else--speaks, I clear my mind and just be present and in the moment for four breaths or four images in the slide show. Second, after this inner silence, I formulate my new sharing. I put aside any formulations from before the inner silence.

The following transcript of the meeting has been edited for mostly typos and short forms (since the comments line only accepts 250 characters).

‹Cougar› This week, I listened to the Essential Shift dialog between James O Dea and Jean Houston. I cherish the fact that this organization is giving voice to these visionaries and their promotion of deeper authentic dialog and relational knowing. My heart opens.

<Cougar› I see the images of golden Buddhas, deep in reflection, of the rippling out of peace from the pebble dropped in the pond. May IONS be that place of peace from which the energy of the heart may spread out to promote the next global transformation. And may the energy of my heart chakra support this transformation.

‹Cougar› And may the energy of the Essential Shift dialogs infuse the science and objectivity of those who seek to bring left-brain clarity to right-brain love and knowing. I invoke the power of this fusion and I charge it with shifting the world.

‹Cougar› May the shift from this fusion shepherd in a diverse and open global wisdom society that unites the spirits of the wise from throughout the earth, from every path, and from every side of every conflict. May we birth a new world of peace and wisdom.

‹Cougar› I foresee a new age in which mindfulness and community fill our hearts so full that the appeal of the staccato dialog of our current level of media, politics, and other types of separation is drowned out by the radiating power of spirit.

‹Cougar› I do not want to intimidate other people who want to join me here. The rules that I follow are simple. After anyone speaks, be inwardly silent for four breaths or slides before formulating any response. I will do this when others join me.

‹Cougar› When people live from their hearts, science can describe how they do that. Science can create steps and methods that point the way for others. The heart of practice can be objectified, but the experience remains a river.

‹Cougar› What I'm doing in the Thich Nhat Hahn room is based on the Chrysalis Wisdom Council, a key method in the Global Wisdom System. In creating this practice, I have codified a method of bringing the river of wisdom into practical utility.

‹Cougar› I choose to offer the Chrysalis Wisdom Council to anyone in IONS who wants to learn it with me. I choose to do this in person, by phone, and by online teleconference to individuals and groups anywhere in the world.

‹Cougar› I choose to create mechanisms by which I can share methods of transformation with anyone who wishes to learn them. I choose to never be finished with my own transformations.

‹Cougar› I choose to continue meeting here, whenever I can, by myself or with other divine souls who choose to commune with me.

‹Cougar› I choose to continue evaluating my path forward by what is right, what is growthful, what is heartful, what is intelligent, what is wise, and what is beautiful.

‹Cougar› I choose to be humble, knowing that my understanding of wise, evolutionary, and heartful is forever growing, that my path is never complete. I choose to remain open to an unlimited future, one not bounded by my current definitions of the path and goal.

‹Cougar› I choose to end this meeting. Thank you to all energies and gods that attended.

I went to the Gaia Star room for the 6:00pm Monday chat and no one was there. What a drag!

(If I'm home, I'll show up for the other chats. Chatting alone is as boring as bowling alone!
