The first international Chrysalis Wisdom Council on December 9 felt historic to me, and the technical impediments and interruptions that occurred probably contributed to this historic feeling. We were on opposite sides of the globe, and yet we could all see each other and hear each other throughout——including myself from California, Jeff DeCelles of Colorado, Rachel Besserman and her husband Damon from Massachusetts, and Pete Adams from Turkey.

But in spite of the glitches, we kept at it, and I’m truly very grateful for the effort that we all made. As Rachel said near the end, “It’s all of our perseverance together that allowed this to actually happen, isn't it?”

One of the results of a Chrysalis Wisdom Council is deep sharing. Early in the meeting, when I shared about how I used trance and a Silva Mind Control method for previewing and planning my day. Trance provides me with intuitive information that causes me to set aside my preconceived ideas about how to accomplish my goals.

In sharing this, I was concerned about whether other participants could relate to such specific training. However, when Damon shared that he did something very similar by lying down and closing his eyes, and when Pete also shared a visualization experience that was similar, I realized that I'm limiting myself by always expecting myself to go through a formal trance induction before using an altered state for planning. Even though formal trance is valuable and gives me great results, formal trance is not actually necessary. Being less rigid and simply closing my eyes and quieting my mind can achieve similar results.

Thus, the discussion has led me to rethinking my entire approach to planning in trance, and I’ve continued to reevaluate what I do since the meeting. For instance, one thing that has bothered me about planning in trance is that in trance, I’m no longer able to use my logical left brain as effectively. So because of the Wisdom Council, I’ve since learned to use my logical brain and plan my trance in my journal before entering trance.

The Wisdom Council led me to reframe my trance meditation practice. I expect that in six months, I will still be making adjustments to my practice because of this Chrysalis Wisdom Council and the experiences that Damon and Pete shared with me.

I don’t know whether the other participants experienced the same long-term shifts in their practice that I did——but then, I’m more experienced with the technique. In the future, as we build our skill at working together in the Chrysalis Wisdom Council, I believe that everyone who participates will also experience regular energy shifts——as we eliminate some of the glitches that occurred in this first session.

The next Chrysalis Wisdom Council by Webcam will be on January 6. I will be posting more information on that in the Meeting section of SIA soon. In the meantime, you can get more information about the process from the previous announcement by clicking here.

I will also be offering a class in Energy Healing over the Internet using a Webcam——an eight-session course. Dates are not yet finalized. Click here to read the tentative course outline. If you're interested, you might want to join the Wisdom Council to get some experience using your Webcam for an online group before the class starts.

where did my last share disappear, into the ther . . somewhere.

Anyway my point is that yes! there is a shift happening in me . . it is very sensory. Like a hyper-super consciousness of my state of being in my body. A deep compassion is elicited for the awe of just being in my body. A quieting husshh of a maternal force which guides me to slow down and keep going. (:

Peace travelers, see you all on the good red road and in out Wisdom coucils, together. And apart, we are One.
