Rev. Lyndon Harris and Dr. Luskin on: Forgiveness Gardens
This video series is a dialogue between Rev. Lyndon Harris, a chaplain at St. Paul’s Chapel in lower Manhattan, next to Ground Zero, and Dr. Fred Luskin, who holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Health Psychology from Stanford University where he served as director of the Stanford Forgiveness Project. They discuss definitions, experiments and learned skills of forgiveness.
Rev. Harris discusses the history of the garden of forgiveness and the concept behind the idea. Dr. Luskin describes the cooperative process in creating a garden in Pokipsee NY.
