hmmmm, what's a luminary? I'm new at sharing my inner change with others, and find that the resources that shift in action have provided me are mainly reaffirmations of the views I've already come to realize through my personal observations of myself and the world. Not to at all minimize the impact of this organization, it has been a very powerful and wonderous thing for me to find that I'm not the only one awake. I look forward to the weekly calls as a way to energize and articulate those things within myself. I've never felt so at home as I do with you guys.

Anyway, the point of this blog is to share the Democracy Foundation with you. I'm not nearly as elequent as others and if I try to explain it I may confuse you, so here's a link: http://www.ni4d.us/democracyfoundation/index.htm

Basically this document will enact a 4th branch of government made up of the people. I beg you to go read it and if you feel moved (I can't imagine that you won't) to sign up today!

Peace,
Deborah

I had not heard of this project, and agree with Angela on its relevence. Our current three branches are unstable, like a three-legged stool. If one leg, say, the exec, gets too big for its britches, the other two have to ally against it. Not happening.
On eloquence, no biggie, what counts is INFO, the real coin of the Realm. Oh, sure, I love a well-turned phrase, and have been known to employ arcane terms like Weltanschauung, but that's mostly egomaniacal posturing. Just another Monkey-Boy...JED

Deborah,
Eloquence is not a prerequisite for blogging! Thanks for sharing this link... it looks great... I need to take more time to read through their site... and it looks like something that could be very beneficial to the current US governmental structure.
peace,
Angela
