It's just five years till 2012, the
end-date of the Mayan Calendar. What will it bring?
What do the WISE ONES know?
Is there evidence of a Great Awakening? What do Ancient Wisdom and the New Science have to say?

Some dear friends and fellow IONS members, director Andrew Cameron Bailey and producer Connie Baxter Marlow have put together a lovely documentary connecting the dots of indigenous culture to modern science to answer these questions. Featured in the last SHIFT magazine, sadly the wrong link was published.

I watched the trailer, and intend to buy the DVD for viewing by our local IONS group. Quite a lineup of Elders, I was particularly delighted to find Ralph Abraham prominently featured.
I just re-listened to Ralph and Terence McKenna doing a talk on "The World-Wide-Web and the Millenium" at the Omega Institute in August, "98. Great stuff, still relevent, available for download as podcasts 019 and 020 at www.matrixmasters.com/podcasts. Since you liked "Memes to an End", my guess is you'll enjoy this, too.
