Who Are You Really?

What would it be like to be free from limitations and soar beyond your boundaries? What can you do each day to find this kind of inner peace and freedom? The Untethered Soul offers a simple, profoundly intuitive answer to these questions. Whether this is your first exploration of inner space or you've devoted your life to the inward journey, this book will transform your relationship with yourself and the world around you.

The Untethered Soul begins by walking you through your relationship with your thoughts and emotions, helping you uncover the source and fluctuations of your inner energy. It then delves into what you can do to free yourself from the habitual thoughts, emotions, and energy patterns that limit your consciousness. Finally, with perfect clarity, this book opens the door to a life lived in the freedom of your innermost being.

The Author

James O'Dea, President of IONS is our guest talking about the book. Michael A. Singer is the author of the book.

Michael A. Singer received a master's degree in the economics from the University of Florida in 1971. Through the years, Singer has made major contributions in the areas of business, the arts, education, healthcare, and environmental protection. He has previously authored two books in the integration of Eastern and Western philosophy: The Search for Truth and Three Essays on Universal Law: Karma, Will and Love.

Thank you to both James O'Dea and Allan Hunkin for presenting Michael A. Singers' book 'The Untethered Soul'.
Listening to this podcast really makes this book a must have personally for me as I take my journey into understanding of consciousness. This looks to be a guide book to the future almost a road map to our inner world that will provide a coherent road map for our outer world.

Thank you for posting this review on "The Untethered Soul"

So many books these days discuss from a philosophical perspective how to accomplish a particular goal or objective. It allows the reader to "feel good" for a while but does little to assist real and permanent transformation in one's life.

In the second paragraph above it was written "It then delves into what you can do to free yourself from the habitual thoughts, emotions, and energy patterns that limit your consciousness."

One Simple Question.
Does Michael's book provide the reader with actual ... step-by-step ... can do ... processes to assist its reader to increase their breadth of i) Awareness AND ii) Consciousness so they can iii) Experience the shift and thus gain an ... iv) "Experiential Understanding" as to transpersonal processes of daily evolution?

Thank you for a wonderful verbal overview about this book.
