Things That Go Bump In The Night - A Real Story …“This Week.”

I bet you are having more fun facilitating your community groups than should be morally allowed. :-) I looked at the topics and wow ... you really have developed some very introspective topics. Perhaps next year IONS will have you do a session to show others exactly "How" to gather people from ones local area ... get them involved ... and build momentum.
Spending time reading and typing words on blogs is good to get gas into the motivational tank of change ... but real change where it is needed and wanted does not take place on the internet. Not really. You are indeed an example. And in fact I would like to relay a story to you that your postings have given me.
First - The History “Actual Fact”
About a year ago my brother started having psi experiences and it really threw him for a loop. Initially they were more like imagined experiences that had no “reality” footing. Then about a year ago I had him come down to live with me for a few days at the bottom of the Grand Canyon with me and the Havasupai Tribe. While there we went down to one of our 200 foot waterfalls (Mooney Falls) and he had a highly emotional experience with one of the force fields down there. Really! He talked about it for months with his construction buddies that thought I had put some “whammy” on him. :-) Little “coincidences continued and then began to grow in how they were impacting his thinking about what we call normal and Real.
Then one night he called me all “wierded” out and somewhat embarrassed. Well, since I had a huge eye opener during a personal OBE and a few “fly dreams” he wanted to talk. So I calmed him down and then told him that his experience was “normal” for people really wanting to evolve and serve mankind.
So, as time progressed he found himself being able to touch peoples things - like car keys - and get deep kinesthetic knowings about what did or was about to occur in their lives. Then he began to see deceased relatives of owners of properties that he was doing bulldozing for. I told him just to share with the “living” people that he felt comfortable with to just go ahead and continue sharing what he was sensing. And when he did he was astonished to find out that the “folks” he was seeing were real father-in-laws, etc. in the lives of those he shared his sighting with.
Slowly he began to do that more and more and was amazed at the positive reception he was receiving. Now mind you, my brother works in the woods as a bulldozing operator / business owner. Nothing fancy, or high fluting formal education here … just a real “in touch with Mother Nature” kind of guy … who cuts down fir and hemlock trees in the Pacific Northwest.
Last week he called and mentioned that he has “incidentally” and “coincidently” been running into more and more people that are experiencing similar events like him … and up to the time of talking one-on-one with my brother … they have “never come out of the woods” to share with others until my brother came along.
So I asked him if he was continuing his journaling, being open with people that he could sense had a similar “sensitivity” etc. and he said yes. So last week I asked him “So do you understand why these things … and your running into others with emerging psi insights are going on?” He said no. I said “would you like to find out?” Dah! . . . That hit a real cosmic chord.
So I suggested that he ask those that he has talked to over the past few months - that are having psi experiences - if they would like to get together - say at a public library - to discuss a) what was going on with them … b) how they felt about it … and the resonant soul question c) what do you feel these experiences might mean to you and others in your future?” That discussion with my brother took place Monday of this week.
Now - Things That Go Bump In the Night “An Actual Fact”
Last night he called totally ecstatic. He told me the latest event that just occurred Wednesday evening as he slept.
Something touched him as he was sleeping in his bed that woke him up. A “Bump” if you will. Then he heard some strange noises so he got up and went into the bathroom … but kept all the lights off. Brother is a big bruiser … wrestles huge, huge logs … stumps … and anything else the woods can throw at him. There is not a single “whimp” bone or muscle in him. Then he said out loud - in the bathroom - “If you are going to get weird on me I am going to turn on this light.” His finger was now on the light switch much as one would have there finger on the trigger seeing a stalking cougar about to pounce.
Then all of a sudden … this milky white like glow began to form and radiate light all throughout the hall and bathroom where he stood. After a few seconds (brother was now discovering a fear he never knew he had - yet the power of curiosity quickly subdued the fear) the glowing white light came into manifested form as a woman “who wore pink lipstick” and then she spoke. He told me that at first he could not quite make out what she was saying because of her very high pitched frequency voice. (Later I explained to him how that was and how to correct that in the future)
He then began to understand what she was saying and began to ask her a few questions … got a few answers …and then she kissed him on the cheek (sort of like what grandmas do to there grandkids) and poof she left.
Now he R E A L L Y believes. And so he told a few of his “psi novices” about this event and they now want to start to get together once a month … similar to what you are doing with your community groups.
I know this was a very long story or “set up” for the question I would like to pose to you and others on this Blog including those that rarely post here! So here goes.

Brother is not into academics AT ALL! He is not into psychology or words longer than 8 letters AT ALL. But he can really relate to people and they to him. And he really wants to start the group dialogue based community. (Not his words obviously!)

So here is the question. Do you - and others - have any ideas on what I can offer him as a Framework to set up the meetings - while still remaining very informal … flexible … and inspiring to all to attend … so they will begin to collectively create a common center for inspiring … learning … growing … and using their emerging skills that will assist both them … and … others to accept, develop, trust, nurture and use these “gifts” in meaningful ways in the lives of who they are about to touch?
By the way, I am a very left brain fellow. I have been a CPA, held SEC’s Series 7 & 63 licensures, and earlier in my life I was an electrical operator - reactor trained - on nuclear subs and have a passion for cause-effect realities in life. These things I report are real. And I have a very strong and growing suspicion that a lot more people in our lives are beginning to awaken to their psi nature. They are just afraid to “come out of the woods” and share what is going on in their lives.
