Wow! It amazes me when I don't see things that are right before my eyes. Your picture....Plants are in the background, and none are growing out of your head.

Hi,
I meant to write to you, but didn't find time. The real you didn't come through. If you make a video again, I'd recommend some plants and nothing else in the background. Just make sure one isn't growing out of your head.

I want to say right away, forget the forcefulness in your meditations. The Western approach, is, for the most part, too Yang--too aggressive. Even in the instances in which focus is necessary and certainly a prerequisite when directing energy by mind, LESS IS MORE.
