Cooperation, Consciousness, Integral Work Toward Paradigm Shift in Portland, Oregon
Though I am from Seattle, Washington, I have been working with the IONS Community Group Coordinators in Oregon to host several events which feature James O'Dea. The Portland IONS Community group leaders are gathering with the change agents in their communities for cooperative work. Later IONS members will be diving into a 3 day field of consciousness focused on inner work to intentionally shift personal paradigms. The theme of all events is Conscious Universe...conscious social evolution…personal transformation toward the co-creation of a new world. It’s inward work for outward change, and vice versa. It is integral from our sense of place within our co-creation. Horizontally we shift within in our communities while vertically we reach into the depths of our assumptions, and we learn from our actions and each other.
This is a critical moment of decision in human history when humanity is pressing us to look at our deeper relationship with the universe. Never before have we been so compelled to explore a new creation story from collapsing environmental and social systems. A new science is guiding this momentous shift, shaped by the empirical evidence of the value of care and informed by the synthesis of the wisdom of the ages.
But science and spirituality aren't enough to rise to the challenge of the times. To be in relationship with an unfolding and, at present, unsettled and temperamental universe, we need to muster all the skill we have to be in relationship with our great mother earth, centering from the seat of consciousness, knowing ourselves deeply while taking action.
Time is running out. We must be present and effective with our thoughts, in right relationship from our hearts and minds as one. Here is the hope...
From consciousness, we have the power to change everything. We can shift the seasons, terminate wars, end hunger and poverty. We can move and engage from bliss. And we now have conscious communities which can hold the sticky glue of entangled minds to emergently co-create from a unified field of being.
From the seat of consciousness, living in the world can be a flow with the universe. Collectively, we magnify consciousness exponentially and can effect great change both personally and most dynamically together.
We need this new science to meet ourselves while holding and moving toward an intention of the greatest for all. These are the times and we are the people...there is no doubt...we are the Shift! We are transforming ourselves and our planet from within the Shift.
