The Planet's Energy Crisis Is Solvable
It is obvious to us all that the real power on this earth lies with those who control the energy. Politicians and the media spread the word about renewable energies like solar and wind power but this only addresses a fraction of demand. There is a better way...a much better way.
Have you ever considered why we haven't solved the problem? No oil or nuclear stakeholders mind such band aid approaches for resolution that have no potential of eroding there massive market control. They even donate money for research on technologies that all fit in the band aid categories. This isn't to say technologies like solar and wind are bad or not viable but this is to say that neither have the scalability to hurt existing revenues.
I had the pleasure of meeting one of the advocates involved with Steven Greer's Orion project (www.theorionproject.org/) In case you haven't heard, Dr. Greer is assembling the world's top scientist under one funded roof to develop scalable free energy for the planet. Sounds worthy doesn't it? However, each time he came close to securing funding from the big investors they all found reasons (pressure) to back out. They wouldn't donate a dime due to the repercussions ...from somewhere. So he had to (and still is) soliciting funding from the masses of individuals. Sounds strange doesn't it? Why wouldn't all the billionaires on this planet donate a few million?
There have been literally hundreds of inventors' technologies for better energy generation scooped up (patents and all)never be heard from again.
Well, here is a new angle, a completely new approach. I would like to take credit for the idea but it isn't mine. I give the source credit to Lee Carroll (Kryon) and I do think he is right.
The Energy Crisis Solution
The moon moves the oceans back and forth every day. The tides come in and they go out. The surf beats the land constantly every minute of every day. Folks, that is energy...massive amounts of energy. We even know how to harness it. We perfected hydro-electric power a long time ago and know what water can do. We also know these existing power plants are vulnerable to droughts and weather...but the oceans aren't.
There is enough power in the movement of the planet's oceans to generate a million times more energy than we could ever use. Yet it sits there right before our eyes unexploited. The technology to exploit it is green and has no polluting side effects. It is renewable...constantly. We even know how to do it...yet we haven't.
This, my Noetic friends, is a shift...a shift in focus. We are guided to focus on lesser solutions and distract us all from the one resolve sitting right under our noses. We have the ingenuity to harness this wonderful source of energy and no one country has any claim to the source of it. Hmm, think this might be the reason we don't have it yet? Interesting isn't it.
Those of you who might see this as being absurd should do a little research before you disregard the idea.
For reference, here is the 2008 budget for the Department of Energy -23 Billion http://www.gpoaccess.gov/usbudget/fy08/pdf/budget/energy.pdf
The department of Health and Human Services -700 billion.

Not a dime was allocated to research for harnessing the oceans' energy. I think it is time we had a SHIFT in our focus. What we will discover is a solution owned by the planet. Isn't this at the heart of Noetic Sciences? I can hear the applause already.
