Thank You, Chris Lowe, for not just reading what I wrote (limited as words can be) but thank you for wanting to understand what the meaning...the spirit of thought behind my words.

I think you know, you've asked questions that you and I already know the answer to and our answers do not disagree.

But for the purpose of your posting the question, I will post responses:

1. "Can you please clarify the phrase "people who have been trained to believe they are set apart"?"

Response:
As you know, knowledge of what humans are as an anatomical creature, and who we are as individual human beings, has always been changing and increasing throughout history but sadly, the increase in knowledge has not been spreading to all of the world.

Sure, religious dogma is known and political propaganda is taught.
Even economics is a 24/7 global broadcast but there's barely a whisper being broadcast about humanity's genetice and spritual relationship.

That kind of oversight, negligence, apathy...whatever, should be the worst of all crimes, as it is the reason for may tragedies in human history and we will someday have to mourn this world's ignorance.

Because, people still live in their trained, or conditioned beliefs that there are, for instance, different "Races" of human beings, and those beliefs are still being reinforce by the behaviors of others who believe from that paradigm, that spirit of a time.

Archeologists, sociologists, paleontologist, even molecular biologists, geneticists and quantum physicists have amassed thousands upon thousands of documented proofs about humanity being "one race", "one species" and now with IONS, one conscious being.

But still, there are those who have not been taught these truths and so, they live out what they've been trained a.k.a. conditioned to believe, by the antiquated ignorance of so many who have risen, and still rise, to places of authority.

2. "Who did the training?"

Response:
When a man who believes he has nothing, sees someone that appears to have more, the stigmatized child within him will set out to gain what the other has and he will build a wall of confusion, to prevent his victim from regaining what was stolen.

Though most would describe the thief as evil, truth explains the profound fears that have casued him to trench himself in, to keep what he has stolen.

Of course, you could spend a lot of time tracing the history of what knowledge was stolen from what people, and you may get to some heritage that will satisfy your indignation but in truth, humanity has divided itself from each other, with repeated schemes of fleeting loyalties and superficial treaties.

In short, the "who" that has trained people to see themselves as separate, is us...we've all practiced it until reaching higher understanding and thus, we've directly and/or indirectly tuaght others to as well.

3. "How were they chosen?"

Response:
We are, as you've said, all chosen to stand, walk, run and rise in our respective times, places and order, on this caravan of humanity's conscious awakening.

The "chosen" I referred to are the "first fruits" so to speak.

The so called 3% of us who have been given the foresight to see what's coming and what needs to be done to help others see it too.

4. "Is believing we are "apart" from others a good thing, or are you referring to all humanity incarnate at this time?"

Response:
Believing we are separate beings, or apart from each other, is kind of like a baby being born into this world.

Such a birth is an obviously necessary beginning however, should we let a loved one remain in an infants understanding as they grow into the strength of adults or, is it necessary for them and our family that they acquire greater understanding of their relationship to us and their being need by those around them.
