Dear Thomas,

I took a long hard look at your selfprocess blog. I have used some of the ideas presented in a very crude form in difficult parts of my life and I know that they are valid so I'm going to use revisit your blogspot right after I finish this post and get started with your more refined process. Isn't it unfortunate that we often get distracted from what we once knew as we go through life?

You are quite right that I am looking for something bigger than before. I believe...no I know that I have found a very valuable tool in Shift and the people who have devoted their time and resources to changing themselves and thus changing the world. I hope that this will lead to much learning and many fruitful friendships.

To everyone else who commented on my previous blog, I'm sorry I inadvertently deleted it but your comments are all valued by me and will not be forgotten. Neither will the mechanics of this blog!

Again, thank you for the warm welcome.

Russ

Hi Russ,

I'm glad you enjoyed doing the process.

I still remember how exciting it was to discover that Self-Dialog is what takes place in the background of our thoughts. Many potential personal transformations happen every day. But way too often emotional reactions like fear, blame and regret overwhelm the rest of the process and the shift fizzles. Personal evolution is stifled!

Notice how this simple, six-step process lets you focus on the natural process before unwanted emotions step in and sabotage. The beauty of this process is that the less complicated you make it and simply let it happen, the more powerful is the shift.

Feel free to post a comment or two on my blog so others can benefit.

Regards,

Thomas Biesiada
