Global mind and our shift

Jeffery’s question caused me to do a blitz study which lead me to some fascinating material on global mind, or as I like to think of it “collective conciousness”. I have accepted the idea that collective conciousness exists but I lack the information to back it up scientificly. On the Global Oneness Project there are some interesting short videos featuring Dean Radin that discuss The Global Conciousness Project and the mounting evedence of the existance of a global mind.

I seem to remember hearing that prior to 9/11 there was a noticable disturbance in random number generators that indicated a particularly large psychic disterbance. I know that many of you would probably be able to clue me in on the facts and if you can it would be greatly appreciated.

What other studies or evedence exists regarding Global Conciousness? Do you personally subscribe to its existance?

Regarding Shift it seems that one giant leep forward would be to awaken to the existance of global mind and become fully vested. Perhaps we already are connected but need to develop the synapses just as our brains do in order to function at higher levels.

I posted a comment thanking you for this inspiring blog. I was also trying to post a comment and I became the blog just above this one. Thank you for giving great inspiration to others. I posted your reference blog on mine to try and give you credit for my nudge on this subject. Somewhere you will see the comment addressed to you and it will be in an unusual place, however I have not found it. I must have pushed another wrong button. Bear with me, I am trying. Thanks again for this blog that prompted me to respond. The spirit is chronologically enhanced but the computer technique is an infant. Love and Light

Dear Jane,
I read your post and understood it to be in response to my post so thank you for your always thoughtful response. I want to say too that I don't want to give up my individuality either; I sacrificed much to be the person that I have become. I think you also expressed that in a previous entry. Perhaps it is not a requirement to give up anything but giving the wisdom you have for the good of the whole.

I will be looking into the concept. It really doesn't involve whether we realize it exists or whether we want to participate. The energy just "is". I am a participant by the vibrations I contribute, Right now I fear that the whole conglomerate of world thought energy is pretty thick with pain, hopeless anguish, etc. We can't harness it or control it we can only address the pain and suffering. Mankind can not continue to turn away. Thank you for this great blog. love and Light

As always,
Jane

Russ,
Archived here, search "Roger Nelson" two talks, one very good teleseminar with Dean Radin on the GCP.

You may also get a kick out of HeartMath's new Global Coherence Project, applying fresh insights into the how and what aspects, looking directly at the planetary ionosphere for micro-fluctuations correlated to mass intention. Roger Nelson is on the advisory board, as is Gregg Braden, another guy with audio filed here, and a sharp cookie, too.

I do personally subscribe to its existence. Evidence mounts, and experience confirms, though it seems a bit slippery, nature of the beast, so to speak.

Dear Jeffery,
Thanks for adding resources to aid in my developing understanding. Various people contribute differently to that but all do contribute. You, my friend, seem to get me and that feels very good in deed.

Hi Russ, thanks for another stimulating blog. If you haven't already read post-Darwinian evolutionary biologist Elisabet Sahtouris I suggest you do so. She has an excellent website called simply "Writings of Elisabet Sahtouris" (just Google it).

I think you'll find at least some of her articles are right down your path of interest right now, partioularly her online book titled EarthDance: Living Systems in Evolution.

Happy reading!

Bob

Per Bob's recommendation, I checked out Sahtouris's site, found EarthDance, downloaded it as .pdf file. Good stuff, well written, Elisabet has immense talent, prodigious grasp of global dynamics, IMHO.

I also find reading easier on screen, just clicking, no page flipping.
That was a surprise, just my quirk.

Dear Bob,
As always, red meat (just a saying) but you do always provide serious food for thought.
I will honor your offering with thoughtful response.
Russ
