Great CGC call - thanks to all - send more ideas to CG Happenings page
We got some energy going on the Dec. 2 call thanks to all the ideas and offerings of what is happening out in the Network.I hope each of you will send your successful events and ideas that are working to the new Community Group Happenings page in the green Meet section. It is just now getting going so be in on the first issue. Send a short write up to the Happenings Coordinator, John Odgen, at blueheron2@twcny.rr.com. Talking in this Forum is a great way to chat back and forth about how the event was staged and all the nitty gritty of doing it. This kind of help makes it so much easier for others to do it too. Might as well build on a good thing! As more and more connection and communication start to happen, the dynamic of the Network will grow.
Member Council would like to ask you to use the website more and more as an active way to connect. If the RRs and CGCs could start to show members how to use the site, that would be very helpful. Angela's tutorials on the third Monday at 6 pm are a great way to start. Maybe take a laptop to your meetings and show a One Minute shift video, or the kinds of information available there just to get people more familiar. News from the Member Council will show up more and more in that green Meet section since it is a fast and easy way to communicate.
